Nolan Averrett does some of the best, most impeccable work I’ve seen in a long time. I’m a supervisor for a local restaurant chain in Jacksonville and deal with technicians all of the time in my stores, so I have come to appreciate when a technician of Nolan’s caliber comes to do work. I know when he comes that the issue is going to resolved in a timely manner and without charging an armed and a leg. He does not try to drum up business but will keep me informed on any issues he becomes aware of. Nolan has a pride and integrity in his work that is extremely hard to find today. I am a maintenance director at a nursing home here in Wilmington North Carolina . I called Nolan to come look at some gaskets in the kitchen . I asked him for a quote to replace 4 gaskets and door sweep . The very next day I had the quote . Well after I got quote and showed my boss and decided which ones were more important I called Nolan . When Nolan answered the phone he was getting ready to order all gaskets and right before he ordered i called to revise the quote to just the gaskets for the reach in refrigerator . Nolan was so helpful to me . After about a week they came and Nolan called me to tell me when he will be at my work to put gaskets onto the reach in refrigerator . Nolan got there and within 30 min he was done . I recommend Nolan to anybody that needs gaskets put on any refrigerator ( walk-in or reach in refrigerators ) .
