The replacement was done seamlessly, and you could immediately tell the difference in the performance of the unit. Nolan Averrett does some of the best, most impeccable work I’ve seen in a long time. I’m a supervisor for a local restaurant chain in Jacksonville and deal with technicians all of the time in my stores, so I have come to appreciate when a technician of Nolan’s caliber comes to do work. I know when he comes that the issue is going to resolved in a timely manner and without charging an armed and a leg. He does not try to drum up business but will keep me informed on any issues he becomes aware of. Nolan has a pride and integrity in his work that is extremely hard to find today. He’s honest and up front with fantastic customer service skills. I really appreciate him and his work. This company is lucky to have him and definitely should show him the appreciation he deserves.
