- Founded in 2010 by Andy Dinkin, a former University of North Carolina football player turned entrepreneur, The SEALS began right here in the Tar Heel State. A Charlotte resident, Andy is Brand Leader and largest franchisee, operating all nine North Carolina territories from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the coast.
- Andy is active in the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association, Charlotte Rotary, and the North Carolina Public School Maintenance Association. Our mission is simple, protect your cold-side equipment, energy efficiency, and reputation, helping operators lower utility bills and stay compliant with state and local health codes.
