A Charlotte resident and the largest franchisee in the SEALS system, Andy operates all nine territories across North Carolina — making him both the brand’s original founder and one of its most successful operators.
Andy’s leadership reflects the values that define North Carolina itself: hard work, community focus, and relentless pursuit of excellence. He’s active in organizations such as the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association, Charlotte Rotary, and the North Carolina Public School Maintenance Association, building relationships with the very operators his team serves every day.
