About the Owner
Scott is a resident and 37-year firefighter, currently serving as a lieutenant in the training department for the Tri-Community Fire Department. In 37 years, he’s served 4 different fire departments across NY, NJ and TN, and reached the Fire Chief of Department rank.
He has a passion for keeping restaurants and the community fire-safe and healthy. He has several certifications across the state and is a trusted local service to replace your gaskets, door hinges, strip curtains and more – with the goal of keeping kitchens and the community safe.
