- Owner Payden Mitchell brings over a decade of hands-on restaurant leadership to every service call, former SONIC Drive-In District Manager, ServSafe Certified Instructor and Proctor, with a degree in Environmental Education. Alongside business partner Karry Stroner, he leads with one philosophy: serve people first, and success will follow.
- Payden and his team are proud members of the South Carolina Restaurant Association, the Lowcountry Hospitality Association, and the School Nutrition Association of South Carolina. How We Deliver Value
- From downtown Charleston to Mount Pleasant, Summerville, and Goose Creek, we serve restaurants, hotels and resorts, hospitals like MUSC and Roper St. Francis, schools including The Citadel and College of Charleston, event venues, and supermarkets, installing precision-fitted gaskets, door sweeps, hinges, strip curtains, closers, and custom metal work.
