Thomas S. Tubbs is the owner of The SEALS of Atlanta–Marietta, and he built his franchised business on integrity, excellence, and relationships.
Thomas began his career in a family-owned restaurant in Youngstown, Ohio—washing dishes, prepping food, and learning firsthand the challenges of keeping a kitchen running smoothly. He carried those lessons into a 25-year career in automotive manufacturing management, where he mastered Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence.
Holding degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Youngstown State University) and a Master’s in Lean Manufacturing (Kettering University), Thomas combines engineering precision with the empathy of someone who’s lived the restaurant grind.
